What does a sustainable stand cost?
The price of a durable exhibition stand varies depending on many different factors.
Size: 6 square or 150? Should it be simple walls or a more advanced construction with different "rooms"?
Design: Do you want to create a lounge environment with hanging lamps or perhaps a barista under a pergola? The possibilities are endless.
Where: The location also matters - is the fair in Sweden or abroad?
Full-service: Do you want a full-service solution or do you want to do a lot yourself?
The best thing is to think about your requirements and wishes early on so that our proposal and offer are as accurate as possible from the start.
When do we need to order our stand?
Be early: Simple stand walls require less production time than complex custom solutions, but it is always wise to be early.
Generally, around two months of production time (excluding design and development) is needed before the fair. By this time, the design work should be completed and the offer approved.
How do we make our participation more sustainable?
In addition to choosing a sustainable booth from React Sustainable Expo, consider the following:
Travel: How do you and your customers get to the fair? Please use public transportation. Avoid cars and planes when possible, even international fairs can often be reached by train.
Giveaways: Think about whether you really need to give something away. If yes, choose sustainable or socially responsible suppliers. We have several partnerships to recommend.
Positive impact: Hand out seed bags, small plants or have a tree planted in the customer's name instead of traditional giveaways.
How do we communicate our sustainability efforts on the stand?
Start by highlighting the stand itself as an example of your sustainability efforts.
Showcase your work related to the SDGs.
Place certifications and eco-labels in a strategic place in the stand.
Use storytelling and digital screens to show your commitment in an inspiring way.
How do we get a stand that stands out?
A stand that stands out needs a design that attracts attention. Whether it's bold colors or a calm and harmonious palette, it's important that the look communicates who you are and what you do.

Can we reuse our stand?
Absolutely! With a React Expo stand, you can count on reusing it many times.
Our modular system makes it possible to rebuild the stand in different formats and customize the messages - without having to produce a completely new stand every time.
Apart from the stand, what else do we need to think about for a trade fair?
We at React will take care of everything related to the stand - from shipping and assembly to electricity, drinks and snacks if desired. But there are some things you need to think about yourself:
Accommodation and transportation: Book well in advance. Hotels and transportation book up quickly near the fair.
Stand staff: Decide on the dress code, message, staffing schedule and how you will collect leads.
Marketing materials: Make sure business cards, brochures, printed materials and any product samples are in place.
Giveaways: Think about whether you really need giveaways and if so, choose sustainable options.
How can we reduce waste at the fair?
There are many simple ways to reduce waste:
Offer digital brochures via QR codes instead of printed catalogs.
If you offer coffee - use porcelain cups or deposit cups instead of disposable cups.
Avoid plastic bottles and disposable items.
Reuse the stand! We will dismantle, pack and store it for you between fairs. This way, no waste is left afterwards.
